Japan is one of the countries getting into the race of International Education. Overall, Japan has got nearly 700 universities and most of them are private. On the bright side, higher education in Japan brings in a lot of reputation for students once they pass out since the weightage is high in Asia. Also, international students are given special preference and the number of scholarships available is usually high in number. Moreover, Universities in Japan have got a separate approach for international students and they tend to offer more support.

On the flip side, higher education in Japan means a very high cost of tuition and the living expenses. Usually, the standard of living is high so the general lifestyle also tends to be on the higher side. The other hiccup is the language. But Passing Japanese Language Proficiency tests before going to Japan proves very helpful.
